My lifestyle is recovery aligned. I contribute to my community by educating the public about the various pathways to recovery. Collect various literature, clothes, hold book drives, collect brochures and pamphlets and share resources in the area and across the state. I connect folks to services. Visit recovery communities and provide experience, strength and hope. I attend a fellowship at least 3-4 times per week to maintain my own recovery.

Accomplishments: 
A CPSS since August 2015 (FAVOR PIEDMONT) Member of APSC.  Horry Georgetown Tech Presenter of SBIRT in the E.D. Covid 19 Essential Worker. South Carolina Peer support for Peer Support Presenter. MUSC/FAVOR Upstate. Educate selected for CPSS for SBIRT in the E.D. ECHO-Penn State Participant. ECHO/MUSC Presenter. MUSC Educational Commercial Participant Hospital Based MAT/MOUD and employee educator. DAODAS Didactic Presenter. WHAM and DUNCAN facilitator. What's Important to me: Maintaining healthy boundaries, spirituality, self-care, community, compassionate conversation empathy and peer supervision.

I currently maintain a position within the City of Myrtle Beach Fire Dept as an Opioid Response Team Member. three pathways in which we participate is Real time Drug Poisoning. (overdoses), Post Overdose and self-referral.
